Social sessions are suitable for anyone who has played some badminton before, but not suitable for absolute beginners.

Juniors who are graded can participate in the Social sessions.

Wednesdays 8 pm - 11 pm

Advance and Experience sessions are suitable for more experienced and advanced players.

Juniors who are graded "D" and above can participate in these sessions.

Visitors are generally not allowed for the Advance session.

Mondays 5 pm - 7 pm

Tuesdays 5 pm - 7 pm

Wednesdays 4 pm -6 pm;

6 pm - 8 pm

Saturdays 10 am – 12 pm;

12 pm - 2 pm

Sundays 10 am - 12 pm;

12 pm - 2 pm; 2 pm - 4 pm

Basic to advanced levels coaching
Juniors will learn basic badminton strokes, racket skills and footwork
Body strengthening, speed and agility exercises will be introduced
with a dedicated coach assigned for every court
All juniors will be grouped according to their skills and development
Badminton rules and playing badminton games will also be introduced to all juniors
